            ASK is fully committed to environmental protection and has been actively working to comply with the major environmental regulations such as RoHS
            Directive ( Directive Restriction of the use of the Hazardous Substances)    
  

         

            The new directive 2002/95/EC of the European parliament and of the council of 27 January 2003 about the restriction of the use of     
            certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment is applicable to our products.

          
 ASK certifies as of this date, that to its knowledge the products designated by ASK as “lead (Pb)-free” conform to the requirements                                     
            of the European Union’s Restrictions on Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic  Equipment (“RoHS”)
            Directive, 2002/95/EC.

            ASK use of the terms “Pb Free” or “Lead Free” mean that the product complies with the Maximum Concentration Value (MCV) for
            lead in homogeneous materials which is set forth by the RoHS Directive. “Pb Free” or “Lead Free” products also comply with RoHS
            Directive for the remaining 5 substances.

            ASK lead (Pb)-free products are qualified to Moisture/Reflow Sensitivity Levels qualified in accordance with JEDEC standard 
            J-STD-020B and/or J-STD-020C for lead (Pb)-free assembly.
